CONSULTATIONS

The Lady Hairroin Experience starts with a quality consultation tailor-made for you. Consultations are REQUIRED of  all new clients and those seeking to receive color services.

 

You will collaborate with our talented stylist to design a look that gives you style, confidence and leaves you feeling ready to take on the world.

New Clients | Returning Clients

Even if your hair has been well maintained by a previous stylist, it is our policy to spend our first session familiarizing ourselves with your hair in order to determine our best method of service. 

 

If it has been more than 90 DAYS since your last visit, our treatment plan will need to be updated. We will approach your session as a new guest. 

CANCELLATION | RESCHEDULE

In order to provide you the highest level of service, time management is our greatest strength. I understand that occasionally life challenges happens. In order to provide the best service and availability to all of my valued guests, we require 36 hour notice for all cancellations and reschedules.

 

 Any appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged a fee of  50% of service scheduled. Any guest that no call no show will be charged 100% of services scheduled.

PUNCTUALITY

To be early is to be on time. On time is to be late. Late will get you a late or cancellation fee. In order to ensure punctuality, each guest is encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before scheduled time. Any guest arriving more than 9 minutes late will incur a $20  late fee, and may be asked to alter or reschedule their service. 

PREPARATION

Please arrive with your hair free of heavy oils/grease, twists, braids, or dirt/build up from recently removed extensions. A $25 service charge will be applied to guest with hair that is excessively tangled, matted, and/or dirty. Your appointment may be canceled (and charged accordingly) if your hair requires excessive prep time.

CELL PHONES

Feel free to text to your heart's content, however, we ask that you be considerate of others by silencing your cell phone, and refraining from taking calls during your service and under the dryers/steamers. If you must take a voice call, we ask that you place the caller on hold, then step outside for privacy. We reserve the right to abbreviate your service if your phone interferes with your allotted service time.

GUESTS

Seating is limited, therefore, we ask that you not bring any additional guest with you to your appointment.

RESERVATIONS

A Valid credit/debit card is required to secure all reservations. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. You have the option to settle with a cash payment on the  day of your visit.

PAYMENT

 We accept payment in the form of cash, debit, or credit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover of American Express logo. Gratuity is always welcomed and greatly appreciated.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are non-refundable and not be transferred to future appointments.
